This explains what Vantedge Poly collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we store only what’s needed to run your research and your simulated portfolio, tied to your wallet address - no ad tracking, and we don’t sell your data.
Who you are to us
Your identity is your Ethereum wallet address, proven by a sign-in signature (SIWE). We never receive your private keys or seed phrase, never ask for an email or password, and never custody funds. If you don’t sign in, your activity isn’t tied to an account.
What we store
Tied to your wallet address, on our own server: your watchlist, your paper (simulated) portfolios and bets, your usage/spend records, and which markets you’ve run forecasts on. Forecasts run on our own model key, so there is no user API key to store. Market and wallet data shown in the app comes from public Polymarket APIs.
How forecasts run
Forecasts run on our own model key, on our servers - you don’t bring or store an API key, and there’s no per-user metering. The forecaster’s prompts stay server-side, so what we publish is the model’s answer, not the recipe.
Cookies
After you sign in we set a single, signed, HttpOnly session cookie so the server knows it’s you on later requests. That’s it - no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. Data leaves our server only to the third parties strictly needed to run the Service: your chosen model provider (for the request content you trigger) and Polymarket’s public APIs (for market/wallet lookups). Our hosting providers process data on our behalf.
Security
API keys are encrypted at rest; sessions are signed; the underlying research logic runs only on the server. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we aim to collect as little as possible and protect what we keep.
Your choices
You can clear your watchlist, delete paper portfolios, and remove saved keys from inside the app at any time. To request deletion of the rest of your account data, contact us.
Children
The Service isn’t directed to anyone under 18 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
